Table Booking Policy
To ensure the best dining experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you review our booking policy before making a reservation.
Deposits

A £20.00 deposit is required to secure all table reservations.

Deposits are taken at the time of booking and will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your visit.
Changes to Bookings

You may change the date or time of your reservation at no additional charge, subject to availability.

We ask that any changes are made as early as possible to help us manage availability.
Cancellations

If you need to cancel your reservation, a £10.00 management surcharge will apply.

The remaining balance of your deposit will be refunded where applicable.
No-Shows & Late Arrivals

Tables will be held for up to 15 minutes after the scheduled reservation time.

If you do not arrive within this time and have not contacted us, the booking may be treated as a no-show.

In the case of a no-show, the full deposit may be retained.
General

All bookings are subject to availability.

Management reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.
